Morning everyone:
Hope the weekend is going well. Today is my Saturday so am very happy. That being said weekends are normally the time I do not eat well so today am going to be vigilant.
Have not lost but have not gained. Still 9 pounds above goal.
Have a great food day.
What is is it with teachers and excess weight ? Seems to me there is some kind of co- elation between vocationand weight-- care takers? What? Do "helpers need?" Hmmm. 148.2

121 today. its an astoundingly warm and sunny day here, though we got some of the rain we needed last week. so rain plus sun means the lawn needs mowing every 15 minutes. it was a shock when we moved here from the midwest to realize the lawn needs mowing in the winter. due to my hand injury i got someone to clean my house. it has actually inspired Shrinking Nerd to tidy up and get rid of some junk. of course, he then goes and buys more. i think he has a hardware store shopping cross addiction.
Having a friend over for dinner tonight who is seriously considering getting vsg. so we will discuss the good, bad and whatever over a bowl of barriatric friendly chilli. diane

101.4 lbs today. The steadiness of my weight just mystifies me. I'm so very grateful for it, don't get me wrong, but it's very different from pre-op where my weight wouldn't stop yoyo-ing and gaining. At 28 months out, I'm still not used to being small and staying small. It's strange not to have to over-exercise and go hungry to maintain (or in my case, gain anyway). It's weird not to have to "pay" for every small indulgence in pounds gained on the scale the next day.
I hope to never take this for granted.
