148.8 At the top end of my comfort zone (so not so comfortable), and guess what I'm doing today? Judging a youth baking competition- God help me-what have I gotten myself into. These are going to be the tinniest bites the world has ever seen.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

That's a great idea! Why didn't I think of that?--I'll just "stage-eat"- but judge on the visual. I believe there will be other judges there- they can take care of the taste part. I'm off now- can't wait to come home to my marinated tuna/cucumber salad later this afternoon. Thanks! Bonnie

120 today. when i was in high school, i had a two day job helping a judge at the state fair who was judging 200 baked desserts made by 4-H kids. she would taste the tiniest crumb imaginable. while it was not my job to taste, i was allowed to taste any i wanted so i took a big bite of many things. at the end of day two i went home feeling really sick because i had eaten nothing else all day. so much for that career. diane
