Plastics at kaiser northern CA?

Hi, Haven't posted here in awhile!   Anyway, I am about 3 1/2 years out from my sleeve.  My BMI is staying pretty steady about 26.5-27.  I am a avid exerciser and I run and lift a lot of weights.  My absolute highest weight was 379 and I am now 180.  I have a really big Panni.  I have a cpl umbilical hernias, a very large diastasis as well.  I see a general surgeon on Thursday.  If he confirms the hernias I am going to push Kaiser to pay for the panniculectomy at the time of the hernia and see if I can opt to pay the difference for a tummy tuck.   Anyone have any luck with this???  Anyone have plastics at Kaiser walnut creek with dr smith?   Thanks for any insights that might help me on Thursday!!!   :-) Amy
