Morning everyone.

Have managed to gain three pounds.  Eating bread.  I LOVE bread and for months have stayed away from it.  But the weekend saw me baking baking powder biscuits for a function and eating way too many.  Have no one to blame except myself.  So as of yesterday am back to no carbs.

The weekends are the hardest.

Have a good one.

143.8

I would have been too full from eating all of the other donuts in the box while I sat in my car. I would have let you have the last one.

I'm taking the clan (MIL included - yes, she actually wants to leave the house) to the Nature and Science museum today. Wish me luck.

Thanks for the flashback, Slim!!!  I would NOT have let you have the last donut or two left in a box of donuts that I sat and ate in the car while driving home- they would have gone in the trash--Otherwise you would have KNOWN that I ate the whole freaking box of donuts!  Can't have people knowing that dirty little secret! (How many times in my former life did that scene play out?--Countless.- I would walk in the door, go directly to bed, declaring "a horrible day at work", while in reality sleeping off the sugar coma I'd put my self into.)   Thank God for my sleeve and a bit of sanity that came with it.

Ha! That's true. But, no one would know about that there were actually 2 boxes of donuts. :-)

OMG this tkes me back to the days of office donuts, whenever someone won a case it was customary for that person to buy donuts.  sometimes they were krispy cremes and sometimes the crappy grocery store ones. of course you ate the best ones first.  or just went through the drive through at crispy kreme which was conspiritorially built near my house.   119.5 today.  take that, you big fat donut!!!!   d
