Don't have a box of the stuff to check the nutritional benefit of your concoction--guessing this is April Fools?--Or, have you truly found the magic weight loss elixir the world has been hoping for since the beginning of time????  I see a Nobel prize in your future-  Way to go, man!

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

Jealous AND greedy- just off of a week of Spring Break and another of sick leave,  but i WANT YOUR SPRING BREAK, TOO!  GIMMMEEEGIVMMMMMMeeeee!!!

Twenty-five years ago today I wore a white tea-length frock and walked down the "aisle" of a somewhat dingy VFW and gazed in loving wonder at my husband-soon-to-be, pondering whether he felt as sick as he looked.  He did, but it got better.  :)
