114.2 today. My knees are bothering me on all runs now. Snow conditions were brutal underfoot and my entire core is sore as a result. Ugh

Slim I'm glad you have a safe place to come and say whatever the hell you want. No judgement here, just hugs.

Someone at church today asked me if I had gained weight.  HA HA.  I think she meant it as a compliment as I don't look as gaunt as I did when the weight first came off. my hubby and I just laughed.

Admire all the motor bike riders.   Am a total coward for speedy things.

Down another smidge but it is still down.  

Just came in from a two hour walk in the bush but got stuck at one point.  ravine, narrow path, cliff.  Whimpered all the way.
