Hubby comes home today. My MIL's siblings all fly in today. My daughter gets a new cast today.

120.lots of hurry up and wait today. fancy new bed to be delivered and old one hauled away. major clean up effort. hubby actually took a rake to get junk out from under bed. amazing what we found including several boxes of fat clothes. included were my former bras. man, they were huge! my husband bid them a fond farewell.

also found a tiny little petrified puppy turd. now we had that litter of puppies 7 years ago. yikes. diane

153.3, holding steady, wearing another outfit this morning I haven't fit into in a year, more skinny clothes waiting their turn in the closet. Kicking sugar out of my diet is working well for me, it seems to be the biggest factor to putting me more in control of my food choices, and key to more consistency in eating right and exercising.

Back to a more comfortable 115 today. Terrible weather here - was expecting out of town guests but the snow has hinderered their travel. Good day for a nap!
