183.2
Big weekend, as you may have read on the main forum. I cycled 280 miles on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in support of my coach who did 575 miles. He's training for the Race Across America, and this was our big test run - we rode the first 400 miles of the course from Oceanside CA to near Congress, AZ...
It was the furthest I've cycled in one day (Saturday 140 miles) and the furthest in a 3 day period (280). And it went well.
So of course now I'm hatching a plan to put a team together to ride in the Minnesota RAAM Challenge in August... only 400 miles, 4 team members can rotate in relay fashion, should take 21-22 hours to complete, it will be relatively easy compared to what we did this weekend.
Have a good Tuesday!
Tom

And a picture... the spandex does a decent job of holding my loose belly skin in, but it's the one thing i'm still sensitive about...

I'm sending my daughter to school even though she's in tears because her foot hurts so much. The casted foot. The ealriest appt they had was this Thursday at 1 pm to re-cast it ****
I am eating perfectly through all of this only because I'm a stubborn-ass ***** and stress doesn't get to win.
Tom - love the pic. I have no pity for your saggy tummy. If I'm not careful I could tuck my boobs into my pants - just sayin'.

Still sitting highish at 116. No idea why but will be watching the scale to see whether I continue to trend up. Interesting after so many months of maintaining at the same calorie range. Not getting my knickers in a knot because it's just data, right Tom? The scale has served me very very well, maybe most of all right now.

152.7 - huh ... didn't expect the number from yesterday to hold, much less to see a lower one this morning. You'd think by now I'd be used the the ebb and flow of fluctuations over the course of the month.
Celebrating by getting myself back in a pair of 8s this morning, which I'd feel even better about if they were about an inch longer. I'm just a little too tall for "regular" length pants.
