142.2

Last day of Wish week. Our school has raised almost $10,000 for our wish kid which reminds me that I need to do some spring cleaning this weekend for one of the donation drives. Time to purge some gently used crap.

I walked over 7 miles (16,000+ steps) yesterday. In addition to my normal 10,000 steps, I went for a long walk over at the reservoir. It was so quiet and peaceful. the birds were out in droves. It was wonderful.

Thank you God, for Fridays. They are the best ending of a chapter and beginning of the next ever written.

115.6. Had some prepared soup that was on the salty side so carrying some excess fluid. I'm feeling totally unmotivated today!  Better be careful with my food choices.

hey if anyone wants to see something cool, there is a pair of nesting eagles on humbolt bay with a camera on them. last year they raised two eaglets.  this year they just laid one egg. google huboldt eagle cam - its upstream something. its so fun to watch - especially after they hatch and daddy eagle brigs in dead fish.

No scale today.  Doing just okay with food.  Having a wonderful time with my husband and friends in the mountains.  Took a long walk the last two mornings.  Love it.  Relaxing.  Free.
