Its the Ides of March folks! Up early to make campsite reservations for Yosemite Valley. This process starts at 7:00AM PST and by the time 7:05 rolls around, every single campsite it booked! Crazy!

182.5 - getting on the bike to do 2.5 hours... indoors - just not quite warm enough to go out for such a long time today. Packing for Palm Springs (leaving Wednesday) for our pre-Race testing.

You sweet thing! Thanks so much for thinking about me. Day after surgery- still doing ok- The cold front hasn't come in yet, Kurt took me for a walk about the property--we actually found clumps of daffodils in glorious yellow bloom- yep, and a rain/SNOW mix in the forecast for late tonight- It can't last- Spring has spoken in those flowers! The arms---Having no problem keeping ahead of the pain--no weird sensations---spotting,etc. The big deal right now is that I have very little range of motion. Crazy how we take that all for granted. Kurt has been my hands- combed my hair- dressing me--all of it--sort of feels kind of like being a part of the royal family. Piff-piff. Fingers crossed that all continues to move on smoothly. Will see the surgeon Wed. Tee-hee-jigggle-free-bonnie!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
