yay slim. don't ya just love low numbers!   they are the best in weight control and golf. and gl bonnie - you flying squirrel days are over.

121 today. but i figure at least a half pound is the splint and boxing glove of gauze on my hand from tendon repair.  boy am i going to milk this for all its worth and make me husband cook and hire a house cleaner. feeling fine and have plenty of pain killers.      diane

p.s thinking about the oh conference.  nephew lives very near and could stay with him

Had my year nut/Dr apt yesterday and weighed 142.  She said "I don't think you will go any lower"  HA

134.5 At goal again.  So I sabotaged myself today by eating a bagel and protein bar. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I have done this.   I really am starting to believe that I do this so I can focus on losing, because that is what I know how to do.  It also keeps the focus off what is really going on in my life.  Not really feeling head hunger, not really sure what I am feeling.
