So Funny! Love the license plat-e! 144.6 It's too bad that scales don't come with empathy and understanding installed. Then when a day like today happens, the scale would read, "it's ok Tom, just a little sodium and water retention going; you're ok- great workout yesterday". No numbers, just that.

154.5 - glad to be back under 155 for the first time in a year. Trying not to get overconfident about having beaten binge eating tendencies, but for the moment what I'm doing seems to be working well for me. Coming up on three months without a binge.
Feeling a bit sorry for myself today - it's glorious and sunny out, highs expected to top out near 60 today, not bad at all for Seattle this time of year. I desperately want to be out hiking today. Somehow the lunch hour hikes up the hills of downtown Seattle just aren't cutting it - I want towering trees, birdsong, and mountain views. Sigh...
Tracy,
Sorry to hijack but I saw you on the Whatcha eatin' thread and I was wondering are you dropping still? The reason I ask is it seems your intake is low. I sort of have the same problem even though I've been in maintenance for a year, I still keep between 600-800 because higher shows up on the scale.
Are you low because of appetite or the #calories you can eat?
I seem to be in the same mode I was since the beginning. I do have a bit more on weekends but during the week it's low. I see some people who can do 1400-1800 but you're the only one I've seen in maintenance close to my intake. Please dish.
