178.6 - woohoo - solidly in my zone, FINALLY.  Lowest weight since October 10, 2013 (5 months)!

Hopefully, the trend will continue through the month.  I'd like to be around 175-ish before heading back to Palm Springs in 2 weeks for a few hundred miles of biking.

142.2 - *knocks on wood. spits, turns 3 times* This number hasn't left yet. Dare I say the word out loud?

Tom - you are in my brain with these pic inspirations and I love it. I'm saying Wabi Sabi all day today. It's kind of fun to say out loud. Wabi Sabi. Wabi Sabi. Yes, I'm a five-year-old.

Happy Ash Wednesday to all you Catholics out there! I'm going to compliment my bestie and anyone else I am struggling with (my MIL) every day for lent. I'm not Catholic, so I don't know if that counts, but it might help me change my attitude for the better.

Wabi Sabi - that's wonderful!  Some languages just have better words.  My favorite recently has been "******speck" - translates literally to "grief bacon", used to refer to excess weight gained due to emotional overeating.  I think Wabi Sabi might surpass it though. I'd certainly rather be finding inner peace that gaining more ******speck!

156.6. Wrong way, but it's expected this week of the month.  I see lots of ups and downs, but ifor the most part they're fairly predictable.  At least lately the overall trend has been down.  Calls for a bit of Wabi Sabi....
