Ugh - what a nightmare!  You're probably way ahead of me here, but I'd be keeping a written record of all conversations, just in case.  Hope they're really and truly out of you hair SOON!  A good workout sounds like the perfect remedy.

101.4 lbs.  After all my tastings from last week, my weight is okay but I'm CRAVING all sorts of things ALL THE TIME NOW.  I woke up this morning thinking about bananas dipped in chocolate - not good. 

Let's see if my "process" of going back to on-program eating this week is enough to get rid of the cravings, or if it's necessary to do a full carb detox.  I hope it's the former.

119.5 today. lots of running around to do.  our dog has been reluctant to eat for a few days. hope he is just pining for his girlfriend and not sick. well he turns up his nose at dog food but will eat a scrambled egg. the other dogs are annoyed.   d

155.9 - progress in the right direction.  Got lab work back today, managed to boost my ferritin from a rather dismal 2 up to 14 with 8 weeks of high-dose iron supplements.  That should mean I won't have to have infusions - yay!  But I have to admit, I was sort of hoping this wasn't my normal energy level.  Maybe 6 more weeks on the ferritin supplements will boost my energy as well.

Stay warm y'all - all these reports of grim winter weather remind me I'm fortunate to just be dealing with a crap-load of rain.  Though, I'm starting to wonder if DH and I shouldn't be constructing an ark....
