181.0

A "truer" number as I weighed in yesterday after working out (at 179) - 181 is after 'rehydrating'

This is karma. I ate **** all weekend at the TSA conference. On the last day, I found out that there was as nasty stomach virus going around. Watched a kid blow chunks at the awards ceremony. the karma comes in because I was feeling smug - I figured I'd dodged a bullet.

Yeah - no. I started vomiting last night. Pooping water. Achy.

Sucky way to lose weight.

This number might hold, but it should have been a lot higher based on the crap I ate all weekend.

I'm better-ish now. Still achy.

119.5 which is still good with me.  Slim, sorry you got sick. hate it when that happens.

will spend the day doing the grunt work part of art like moving stuff at the gallery and putting hangers on stuff.  I will do anything to avoid house cleaning.   diane

156.6, some TOM bloat coming off.  Did my usual walk to the grocery store (kill two birds with one stone) today, despite the fact that it's pouring rain.  My raincoat hood is officially NOT deep enough, I arrived at the store looking like a drowned rat, but I don't let that bother me much any more.  Something about walking to the store makes me less likely to buy crap when I get there (of course, I'm also less likely to buy things I need, if they're heavy!

Ok, is anyone else shocked by the cereal aisle?  Sure, there was lots of crap even when I was a kid (Captain Crunch .... yum...) but yesterday I seriously saw a box of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory cereal - with chunks of chocolate in it.  Right next to the S'Mores cereal.  On the other hand, Fiber One seems to have discontinued the raisin bran--like variety my husband likes.  I'm sure it had plenty of sugar in it too, but at least it pretended to be healthy!

Pretty much 90% of the grocery store shocks me - I think having the VSG really woke me up to just how disastrous the Standard American Diet is...  makes shopping easy - most aisles have nothing for me anymore.
