Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday March 1

114.4. Coldest day all winter here!!  Diversion will be a murder mystery dinner we are invited to this evening at friends' home. I'm giving myself permission to be completely off plan - something I don't do very often!  

My role is a 'stewardess'. You know. The old fashioned 'coffee, tea or me' 'mile high club' type. Should be a laugh.

Just back from a 6 hour work out on my bike, indoors with my coach.  3200 calories expended...

I know I'm a bit dehydrated but stepped on the scale and I'm at 179... so temporarily back in the "zone."

Okay Bonnie, since you are undoubtedly one of the sweetest, nicest, most generous people I know, I think your role should be the complete opposite!  I'm thinkin' total bad ass, conniving, pushy . . .  what do ya wanna wear???

Spence---What fun..so wish I was there, for real!  Not knowing the plot or anything.. just going out on a total limb, i'm thinking ala' Cruella Duville- dragging those furs on the floor behind me---extra long silver cigarette filter with the Balkan Sobrein-dark brown paper-wrapped turkish tobacco-ash about 1/3'd an inch dangling... Oh, yah--totally deep red lippsticked and black arched penciled brows...oh, the snarky and insincere smile as i slither across the room in my black patent leather stilettos....evil ooozzzing out of every pour......****omplete disclosure here.) guess what my degree is in- yup- communication arts/theatre.  Thanks for letting me play-- enjoy your evening--my heart and soul are there.

I haven't posted for a few days.  For some unknown reason all the way down to 138 today.  Lowest since I was 23.  KAWABUNGA.

I had such a bad week I am amazed I went down.  Tuesday am I slipped on the ice and slid down my front steps and landed on my hip. Had to immediately drive 3 hours to Cleveland to Cleveland Clinic as hubby scheduled for a heart procedure.  So I spent two days sitting in waiting room chairs hurting like crazy.  Back home Wed eve and by Thurs am REALLY hurting, so spent the day in the ER on Thursday.  No fractures just bad contusions, stayed home from work Friday sitting on a heating pad. Needless to say between being exhausted and in pain I made some not too great eating choices.

Well the good news is hubby's procedure a complete success and my back end is starting to feel better.  AND I found a size 8 cute winter coat for next year at Penneys fo 20 dollars!!!!!!!
