The new low is so cool! The good news is you can take this down to whatever weight you feel best at. I'd say don't be afraid to experiment with a lower weight. You can always take it back up 5# if you don't like what you have to do to stay there or if you think you look better with more meat on your bones. Isn't it nice that you actually get to decide what you want to weigh???? :-)

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
