The new low is so cool!  The good news is you can take this down to whatever weight you feel best at.  I'd say don't be afraid to experiment with a lower weight. You can always take it back up 5# if you don't like what you have to do to stay there or if you think you look better with more meat on your bones.  Isn't it nice that you actually get to decide what you want to weigh???? :-)

Didn't weigh today. Yesterday was 145.2

I just got back from a quick trip to Wyoming for my Aunt's funeral. I ate my feelings - so I will be decarbing on a grand scale this week.

condolences and hugs. life happens- we learn  to deal with it as it is- ya' know - with out the drug called food.  Hugs your way- it's all good.  Bonnie

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

funerals can be bad food wise because they have those lunches with all the green bean casserole and jello with fruit ****tail.   my friend calls it "THE BALONEY SANDWICH REQUIEM'.  and all these people bring all this food over.
