i have this genetic disease where unnecessary scar tissue grows in your hands. sometimes makes fingers bend and stick. i have this great doctor who treats it with a minimally invasive needle that breaks up the scar tissue and then uses cortisone to shrink it.   i have to do this every 10 months or so as new stuff grows. it will heal up quickly.  some people get it in their feet but not me so far.   thanks for asking.  d

Up at 5 am to watch Canada take Olympic Gold in men's hockey. That meant a two breakfast morning. Despite that I skipped my long run because it is extremely cold. I might regret that decision

have a good one

142.0 My lowest  so far- maybe I was in the 6th grade??????  Who'd-a thunk- pie making would have sent me here- oh, yah, - kind- of- forgot to eat - in the midst of entertaining- guarenteed wouldn't have happened pre-sleeve---  would have been sneaking the bites in-between - or waiting until guests left and then.... No doubt will see a2# jump in the next day or two-  All good.....We'll see.  Thinking of adjusting maintenance to 140 to 145.  What do you think?  Will put me into a solid size 6 to 8.
