146.0. Enjoy the weekend, all.  My Saturday will be spent teaching young puppies how to make the perfect pie crust (how's that for low-carb fun?)--translating to chicken pot pie, strawberry-rhubarb, blueberry and French silk.  Whoo-haaaaaa and thank you sleeve in advance.  Before WLS I would have been shoveling as much of that stuff into my "pie-hole" as anyone. Cause, darn it, I do make a killer crust.

Cold Crisco or a frozen cube of butter. Best pie crust ever.

Good for you!  I admire you for being able to swim in that pond without drowning.  I still couldn't do that, not sure I will ever be able to!

If making pies is your thing you absolutely have to see Labor Day.  Best pie making scene in movie history.  Playing at you local theater right now.  Enjoy.

114.4  Haven't seen that low for awhile but I'm not surprised because of the increased running.  Calories, calories out kinda thing.  It's possible I will drop a little lower, but just until I'm finished my races.  I've decided that I won't compensate for any calories until I'm consistently running more than 90 minutes at a time.  Then, I'll add a gel (100 cals or so).  Doing a 10k on March 15, recently decided to do a half marathon race on June 1, so this will be a good test for me. Also have decided that messing with my food still scares me too much, so I will only add to my exercise routine if I can keep things the same.  My food and weight are my priority.

London.  I want to be there.
