123. I think. I weighed myself but I didn't really pay attention. LOL

So on the good side: I've been cleared to train for a Sprint Triathlon! I've started running again! I can run and it does bother my head but I recover within 1-2 days. I currently am working out 2 days a week but I am going to go running today which will be my first time working out 3x in a week in a long time. I'm doing strength training for my 3rd thing in a week. Starting in March, I'm doing a New to the Sport type of program so that will give me my biking and swimming. I've done some biking and I even biked on a route with HILLS! I haven't ben able to do that before. So the head is looking good.

I also start a new job in a week. It's very exciting to me. I've gotten very disgusted with my old one. My boss has issues and I don't trust him any more. The company got bought and the new direction made it explicit that what I was hired to do was not going to happen. I had already figured this out but they were still pretending it might. They decided not to replace me because no sane person would accept a job to do what I was doing. DUH. So why did they think I'd do it???

On the bad side, my triathlon club has been providing mucho drama in my life and I think I'm done with them. I don't need that kind of stress. It's not like they family or a friend I've had for 20 years. They are a club! Maybe I'll come back when certain people are no longer in charge.

What's up with your head?

A lot of the guys i ride with mainly do Tri's - doesn't interest me much, but they love it.  One guy, 60, Type 1 Diabetic, is planning to do the Wisconsin Ironman next year.  He's really getting strong on the cycling - he needs to work on the swimming, I guess...  amazing.
