145.8# Cheese cake and Greek food last night. Back to basics until Spring Break. Beast Mode!!!

I have a date with the elliptical or my bike, the washing maching and the computer for lesson plans; although I'm off tomr for President's Day!

That darn cheesecake. There are 2 pieces sitting in my refrigerator - one is my daughter and one it my MIL's. Therein lies the difference between me and them. We all bought cheesecake on the same day. I started eating mine in the car (got it to go). Mine is long gone.

I don't know how they do it - leaving cheesecake in the frig for days and days.

Well that's just bad behavior, has no one tuned them in to cheesecake etiquette?

I'd eat it to show them.

My man came to town for Valentines week so I haven't been posting. He leaves on Thursday.

I've seriously thought about eating it, but I keep telling myself that it's not mine. So far, I've stayed away.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

First post! have been in maintenance a couple months and feeling the Carb monster nipping at my heels. Coming here for some accountability!

142.4 today Paying for Valentines dinner. goal is 145, but have been staying between 14o and 142.
