Happy Sunday all...
179.8... good number! First time I've been in my preferred zone for a while (nearly four months that I've been just a bit above)... I felt like I had a "stall" going on - hitting my targets every day, but the weight just stayed the same, then this week, it's seems to have broken - a nice even progression down to back in the zone. Hopefully I can continue it and get closer to the bottom of my mx zone...

Up 1.5 lbs from yesterday. Hello cheesecake weight. Carbs hate me.
I'm hoping that some of this is fluid retention because I'm feeling puffy. We'll see in the coming days.
This weekend is turning into grand central. My wonderful, geeky son has become quite the social butterfly. Dave&Busters today, Sleepover tomorrow, meeting friends to work on their state TSA catapult Tuesday. 2 more months and he will be driving. Won't happen soon enough, imo. My awesome daughter is having a friend over Monday night and they are going to a movie. Somewhere in this busy weekend I have to get some things done. My daughter got into the Pre-IB program that starts next year (Freshmen). My son starts the super-intense IB program next year (Junior year). IB kids are their own brand - it's hard to explain them. I have 2 IB kids. Yes, sometimes I feel like Penny in "Big Bang Theory."
Oh, and hubby leaves for another 5-day trip starting tomorrow.
Phew.

Thanks - got to stay focused this week - Traveling to London for a week on Wednesday...I usually pop up a few pounds from the flying, but it generally comes off fast.

140 this morning. Trying to accept that I am still learning about maintenance. In the last 2 weeks I have lost and gained the same 3 pounds. I will prepare my meals( lunches) for the week today. Eating almost all protein and veggies with the exception of oatmeal in the morning. I thought about cutting this out, but it is something I have eaten throughout my weight loss phrase. Feel my best at 135. Trying to make peace with food. Has anyone been able to do this?
