Amazing story. Hang in there. The 178 lbs is the least of the things you should worry about - that's jus****er, obviously...

Oh my goodness Heather, I'm going to send you buckets and buckets of prayers. I'm so sorry that your struggling right now. I hope that things improve quickly for you. Hang in there. We all know how tough you are. Nows the time to really use it.
