Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday, February 11, 2013
144.8 - not loving this number. I'll keep working at it.
Stress sucks. I watched Sunday Morning, one of the only TV shows I try to catch every week. They had a hug therapist. $120 an hour for hugs and cuddles - no sex. Damn. I'm in the wrong ******g line of work.
Needless to say, I've been hugging my kids more since I saw that. I already hug them a lot, but I decided that they need more hugs. They think I'm crazy. They're right.
I've been very steady between 182.5 and 184.0 lately... So that's good. The bad is that it seems to require a really low level of calories and or high level of working out to stay there... Ah well...

102.8 lbs today. So maybe this is what the pendalum swing of maintenance is going to look like for me? The excesses of the weekend cause fluid retention, which is subsequently dropped during the course of the work week when my eating is clean and structured. I think it's reasonable and can probably live with it.
Have a good one, all.
