Surprise- suprise...Snow day here, too! Go figure. 145.2 Off to play at doing nothing but frivolus fun-ness. On a side note- all the discussion about clothes shopping a'awiting mail delivery sent me to my favorite theift shop on Saturday. $5.00 for 2 pair of - yep- size 8's Levi's lowrise, a sweater, and silky black Vasserette black slip...Feeling slim and happy! TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

103.8 lbs. Wow, that's a 2.2 lb gain over the weekend! Odd because I was very much eating on plan yesterday. I climbed at the gym and that always accounts for some retention, also I didn't hydrate enough over the entire weekend, but this is ludicrous. Weight gain, no matter what the reason, is just plain annoying.
Because this can't be real weight gain, I'm not going to treat it as such. I'm just going back to my normal 1300/80 for the next couple of days. Let's see what happens.

More snow overnight, but only about 2.5 inches. I'm claiming the damn shoveling as exercise on MFP, but will still do my bike in a little bit. More snow is predicted for Wednesday. If I hadn't lost my excess weight, this winter (and all the grunt work at the wrecked rental house) would have half-killed me.

122 here. spent the weekend shoveling out the guest bedroom as our nephew is coming to visit. packrat dh had piled tons of stuff in there; most of it empty electronix boxes. He and the nephew are both major electronics nerds so they will spend the visit happily playing with all this stuff. and our dog adores the nephew and will move into the guest room too. I'm hoping the crab shack will be open so we can have an easy and yummy dinner.
sunny here in dried up norther cal even though we did get a few days of rain. more to come. diane
p.s. i am wearing a magenta turtle neck and turquoise sweat shirt. methinks i need some new clothes too.
