122 today. off to work at the art gallery which will be a big yawn because its raining and there are no tourists strolling about so no body will come in. Have to take lots of toys with me. fortunately gallery has no vending machines so no food temptations. d

114.8 today. No real rhyme nor reason to see the lower number. Just seems to be how my body works.
Slim I wanna see those damn clothes! I'm like a kid in that department too. Oh, and the latte for the greater good? I love love love how you think! No one in here has a better handle on the head games than you do. It's that kind of honesty (and sarcasm) that keeps me admiring you.

Mini melt down over the scale. So I decided to take measurements and stopped because those weren't good numbers either. My trainer prob thought I was nuts. I cried as I worked out. Who does that!!! She wanted to finished with measurements and I refused. I'm over myself, but expected to lose something this week. Oh, well.. What the $&@) else am I going to do!! I've done lots of things right this week.
And, my clothes came today!!! Sorry, Slim!! My hubby liked the clothes I ordered for him, too.

stephanieplum, I'm so sorry to hear about your melt down! I hate when I feel that way - like I've been somehow betrayed by my own body. I'm sure everyone on this board's been in your shoes at least once. Hang in there!

Alright girlie. You and I need to slap each other around. We are stuck at these numbers and it's just no good. Let's both shoot for one week of really clean, on-plan eating - until Feb 14th. I'm not eating bad stuff, but I'm not doing the absolute best that I can either. As the Stray Cats say "Let's Rock This Town."
