Woke up to -20 degrees. Now it's -10 degrees - heat wave. 

It's too cold to type. 

Also, I'm crabby again because I bought a bunch of clothes online last weekend and they still aren't here. Some sweaty UPS person is man-handling my new clothes. I just know it. If the UPS guy drives down my street this afternoon and doesn't stop at my house I will seriously need restraints. 

I'm too cold to even cuss. Now that's cold.

It's colder than Frosty the Snowman's belly button.  Wind chills below zero here and for Southern Oklahoma that's just wrong!!!!  

I have clothes on a UPS truck also:( Hurry Up already!!!

146.0 Sore throat- back at school- ringing in the ears- wanna go home-trying to get some water in, and it's making my tummy sore...where's my pillow?  Could'a used just one more snow day

Rain in the Bay Area today - thankfully.

rain at last in north coast cal.  its a blessing.  whats not a blessing is the extra pound i have picked up to be at 123. had a great crab dinner last night and pretty much nothing but protein al day so who knows were that came from.  oh well. wish i had clothes coming but will just select something from my assorted ancient sweat shirts and sweat pants.  the ups guy only brings electronics to us that dh orders frequently.   diane

Can I send you a pound or three of snow?  It'll be rain by the time it gets to CA.  :)

sure, send some snow. would you believe that people on our street (a mile from the ocean where it rarely snows) drive up into the nearby mountains and get a pickup load of snow and then bring it down and dump it in their front yards so their kids can make snowmen!!!    d.

I've  heard of people doing that.  :)

116.0 today. Horribly cold day but the sun is shining so I'm trying to focus on that.

Freezing for real here in North Pole South.  We could have had it MUCH worse, though, as we were juuuuust this side of the significant snow and ice storm that folks got to the north and west of us. 

Splurged and bought a pair of misses size 18 skinnies today because I was just so stinkin' tired of wearing saggy-butt 18W jeans which are falling off of me.  So weird to be shopping in that end of Target rather than in the back, mixed in with Maternity.
