Slim...I'm hugging you tight.  I hate to be without my hubby, too...just plain sucks!!!  Two words for the MIL...Parental Control...lol. Does your TV have that or is that just the internet?  

I'm on a snow week!  I was very crabby about it because it pushes everything back a week in May.  Then I decided it is what it is...and I'm taking advantage of the week to exercise and get my head back in the game.  I measured peanut butter yesterday and almost screamed out loud.  Damn! That's a small amount. No wonder I'm not losing weight. I'm eating 3x that amount and counting it as one. I'm in denial. And, I'm dumb!!!  lol. I knew what I was doing...

142.8# I want to see 138#. I can do it...peanutbutter be gone.  Nuts be gone.

I know, peanut butter!  I had SF peanut butter on my list for today -- even bought the celery -- but then took it off because I am trying to eat lean and mean for a while, and right now it just doesn't fit in.  Same thing with oatmeal.  New plan is to dip the celery in some of that Trader Joe's sauce I froze into cubes for controlled emjoyment as time goes by.

I need her to watch the crime scene crap - otherwise she follows me around the house telling all kinds of "creepy" stories. Creepy is a banned word in our house. Same with "weird" and "stupid." Well stupid has been banned for years. My MIL uses these words so much and completely out of context - which is really creepy. 

100.8 lbs again today. Home from work due to a cold.  The upside to this is that I can finally make a dent in that giant Murakami novel I'm reading.

Whoa Kimosabee grumpy butt!!!  (yeah how do you spell that word that Tonto called the Lone Ranger - bet its not in spell check anyway).  your post makes me laugh because you say exactly what lots of us are feeling. well i dont' have a MIL but i bet i could match anyone in the crazy family olympics with this one person in our tribe.

Life is good. I just got a new job. I feel a little guilty about leaving this place after only 9 months but they be crazy here and I don't trust my boss. It will be nice to wake up in the morning and not think "I don't want to go to work."

I would like to know how it feels to WANt to go to work. I'm looking, too.
