122 so no griping here.  Attending a scrabble party today with people who are killer tournament players.  will get beat up but its fun. gonna take frisco's cheese crisps as my pot luck offering.  gotta get ready for our one guest for the super bowl which is a considerable effort since i clean house once a year whether it needs it or not and we have 3 dogs running around shedding and generally trashing the place on top of me and hubby being messy. and hubby is an electronics hoarder..   makes me tired just to look at the mess..  oh well.    diane

Hi guys!  Haven't been around much at all lately!  Too much time on FB!!!

hoping 2014 is going to be a better year!!  Too many losses -- and of people, not weight!  

I am am happy to say I actually lost 3 lbs this month so I'm back to my LW of 153.5. All good w me, a curvy petite size 12 and around 79% EWL at my 3 year follow up last week!!

Need to recommit so going to do my best to check in more regularly!!!!!  Big hugs all around!

I made it through the week and I didn't quit my job. That's 2 good things - I don't know if I can hanld eall of this goodness, but I shall try.
