124.4 for me. Happy with that, especially with all that's been going on in my life. I haven't been posting because my dad passed away on Jan 18. I have been on the road back and forth to Florida, all while working full time. Now heading back again tomorrow to pick up sister who got so ill while we were there that she couldn't return with me. I am ready for things to calm down.

Beware these clowns-They are decidedly up to no good! Do not let them (or any of their evil co-horts) entice you into slider-hell this weekend. Mindful eating is the way to go!
