edamame salad

so i found this ready made Okami Edamame Salad at costco. its kind of like a 3 bean salad only edamame and other veggies. tastes quite good and while not for those in weight loss phase, it seems like a good side dish with some protein.    they also have some seaweed salad and similar things. another shopper told me the seaweed salad was really good.    diane

I LOVE edamame. I buy the ready packs at the grocery store for my daughter and I (me?). Yummy. 

i love it too but it seems most i find comes from china and i worry about what junk might be in it.   this salad thing says its made in the usa. small comfort.  more and more i am becoming a granola-head (except i don't eat granola).   good thing they don't make organic free trade chocolate m and m's .    diane

HA! I know what you mean about the stuff from China. I try to stay away from it, too. Also soy in general is a one-a-week thing, kind of like fish, etc. 

I'd sell my firstborn for those M&M's Just sayin'. 

just pretend the edamame are in fact green m and m's .   diane
