146.4 - No excited about seeing that number.

I won't make it to Friday with the Greek Yogurt. Today is the last day of antibiotics and probably the last day of GY. I love it more than it loves me and it triggers other crap. Sucks, but there's the truth of it.

So my new blonde locks were a flop. Too bad for everyone else because I love the lighter sun-shiny blonde. My work bestie looked at me like she'd just stepped in dog **** and said "Did you do your hair blonder?" It's cute when she tries to talk in full sentences. It's even more fun when she tries to write things. I'll do anything - even chop all of my hair off - to stop people from getting us confused.

I'm playing racquetball tonight. I plan of beating the shorts off my SIL. :-)

Good morning everyone:

Have been out of the country for 7 weeks and not near a scale or internet.    Didn't mind the scale part but connectivity to the rest of the world was a bit jarring.

Gained 6 pounds so am 6 pounds above goal.

Will be drinking lots  and walking lots and just trying to take it off.    Have not had one speck of sugar in all of that time and only three pieces of bread.    I LOVE bread.

Hope all is well with you all.

Welcome back!

Travel gain sucks, but it usually comes off pretty quickly.

147.8  wearing my snappy new black ribbed tights and short wool jumper- Kansas--TODAY?  What was I thinking?  OK- so vanity has entered my life and has won over common sense and sensibility; new Bass oxfords came in the mail yesterday and I wanted to make sure they were not "hidden" below slacks.  I may be the only one looking at them, but, ain't they pretty!  Tripping the light fantastic at the juvenile detention center today.. Hope you all are smiling, too.  Bonnie

Day 2 - Vegas.

184 - down a pound... which is good.  Up at 5:45am for a workout (2nd day in a row) - have to stay somewhat sharp for next week, which will be intense riding every day.

Our big annual customer appreciation dinner was last night... we had 100+ people.  Waiting to see what the bill was... :)  Really a fun time to re-connect with some of my favorite people.  This is our 16th year coming to this conference and it's a bit like a high-school reunion - get to see some friendly faces every year and re-connect a little.

Food was good and worked really well for me - Wonderful moist steak.  A bite of salad  (literally), one bite of mozzarella, and I did have a bite of cheesecake... but kept my calories well below goal for the day.  Hopefully today will go as well...  Having dinner again tonight with a group of our healthcare customers and retail customers - so I'll be bouncing between tables...

Sounds like another successful travel experience for you, Tom, and you still have Palm Springs to look forward to!   I assume you brought your scale to Vegas as well?  When we travel to VA again this year I am definitely taking mine along.
