Little son is home sick today.  Will be working hard to keep him comfortable and RESTING, which for him is almost impossible.  Will also be working hard to try to keep the rest of the family from getting the latest illness he's brought home from school.  ::sigh::

This is not a real number because I ate my weight in M&M's last night. I'm heading down the wrong path and has to stop today. No more medicating my feelings with food. 

Decarbing today - I might just do shakes for a day or three.

I did two shakes yesterday out of four meals, and it helped.  Doing that again today.

I might add some veggies in as snacks. It's nice to have something to crunch on.

In another of my wacky experiments, today I am going to freeze a dill pickle spear and see whether it enhances the crunch or completely destroys it ... or if it even freezes completely. 

It's so cold out that I could merely place it on my back step and freeze it that way, but ... no.

Heck, Slim, Maybe I need to get me some -o-your magic M&M's!  I ate clean yesterday and am up 1.2 #s!  Go figure--or not!

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

I would share, but if my weight goes down again tomorrow I may have to try an M&M experiment. I'm kidding. The scale will probably show my indiscretions tomorrow.

149.0 Shoot and golly!  Still under the red line (150)- eating correctly and so will continue to hold the course.  Have a good one--take care of the little sick one, and care of yourself , while you are at it!
