Would anyone like to take my dissertation survey?

Hello everyone.  I am a nurse and while I have not had bariatric surgery myself, it is something I have a passion for learning more about.  I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life, and my husband and sister have both had bariatric surgery with very mixed results.  I am so curious as to what we as health professionals can do to learn more about how to support patients in their weight loss journeys.  In my practice of nursing for nearly 25 years, I often feel that we need to listen to patients more to learn and develop better ways to support them...after all, you are the experts!

With that being said, I am doing my doctoral nursing research looking at weight loss outcomes and a few measures to see if there are strong relationships that predict and/or support one's weight loss outcome OR if there are clear things that do not support positive outcomes.  

If you would be willing to help me by completing my survey (which is totally anonymous), my goal is to then share what I learn with others...patients and my healthcare colleagues alike.
