Yep, Sunday is a day off, timed to match my 24 hours of flying.  Monday - Thursday I'll work out in the hotel gym... Las Vegas can be a bit hectic, and I'll want to be tapering off a bit in preparation for Palm Springs which will be a crazy amount of exercise... So it should work out well.

Good luck Tom!  I hope you find some time in all that to relax a bit...to find your center, as it were.  Your weight loss over the past few days has been nothing short of phenomenal. I really admire your drive and energy.  I hope one day I'll find the kind of passion you have to just go, go, GO!!!

102 lbs today.

The plane rides are sort of forced relaxation :)  Especially international where I can't use the internet to keep up on emails...  I get a lot of reading done - and sleeping!

Well Tom I think you have turned an excuse for not being able to stay on plan to a man with a plan.  Good for you.  Happy Anniversary and hoping you have a great time in Paris.  I agree with the fluctuations  vs gaining.  I was 135.5 yesterday and 137 today.  This is the top of my range which is 134-137.  Do you think stress can make your body hold on to weight even if you have not overeaten?  At home today and taking it easy.

117.0 today. Last night was a disaster. Totally off plan but I know how it happened and how to avoid it next time. That's what really matters so I'm just carrying on as always.

Tom, I'm gonna miss you. The main VSG forum is driving me around the bend right now. This group is my only sane refuge at the moment.
