VSG Maintenance Group
Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday, January 16
182.6... definite trend going on - down another .4 from yesterday...4.4 pounds since last Thursday when I posted about struggling. Hoping this continues for another week and I'll be back in the "zone." I've tweaked the diet a bit and it seems to have helped.
So that's good.
Off to two full days of sales meetings with our team... brought in a expert to tweak our sales approach, so hopefully the $10k fee for that will pay off.

138.0 this morning.....after a scale pop-up due to a week of eating too many carbs, it feels like things are back under control.
Really working on eating foods that reduce the acid level in my stomach. That acid is an absolute *****! Makes me think I'm hungry, is super uncomfortable and I become an eating machine...which then just makes the acid worse. And I don't want to go back on the Protonix. So alkaline foods it is!
Maintenance- seeing a need- analyzing the issue- developing a plan- and, most important- Follow through! Way to go, jub! I feel like I'm in a community of people - and It seems that the people you live with, you tend to live likewise. Thanks for your example!

144# I'm still up...still having a good day. Hoping to see the down trend Tom is:) It's my weekend after todays' work day...and a longer one with Monday off, too!!! Oh, and I'm thankful for ho****er...our heating element went out on the ho****er tank and freezing cold showers should be illegal!!!! Happy that was an easy fix!!!
114.4 today. Bouncing around a little, but nothing that doesn't make sense to me. I seem to have adopted a higher carb regime over the past while, but I still keep the calories tightly controlled. I've had some head hunger with the extra carb intake, so should really be dialing back. Yesterday was 15 months post op for me, and I still feel afraid when I get head hunger. Real hunger is still a non issue.
