149.2- same as last Sunday. This week I swung from 145.8 (low) back to today's weight. I really believe that my "ideal weight" is around 145. Given that, what am I doing to get there and stay there? Nothing. I'm sitting on the pity pot and it's because I put myself there. Going for "tastes"- not necessarily bad stuff- raw and cooked veggies- seasoned stuff- You know- TASTES!- peppered in with a cracker...or a nut...(ok, a FEW crackers or nuts)--not so much with the exercise either- cold-dark- wet-don'twanna...- anyways, doing the day that way leaves not enough room for the protein and liquids I believe my body needs to function well AND the negative connection is, it's messing with my mind and attitude and I am becoming AFATPERSONINMYHEAD. Wow- no good. OK- This is it. I give myself permission to sit here this one more day- Not the eating-drinking part- that revision starts now. Come tomorrow, it's up at 4:30 like it used to be- out to the wash-house for the hour on the treadmill, into the kitchen for cottagecheese and greek yogurt instead of a big cup of do nothing for me coffee and Back to the life and mental state I want to have. There, I've said it. Will I do it?

Miss150, you will. Of that I have no doubt. I'm learning that the essence of maintenance is really the skill of getting back on plan. It sounds like that is in the works for you now. It's a hard thing to do, I know, but I totally support you and would love to hear about your progress in the coming days.
101.2 lbs today. I sort of went crazy with carbs yesterday so I'm back on the bandwagon today.
Have a good one, all!

165.0 I have never been a fan of roller coasters, and this weight one is no exception.
Miss150, yes, please do post about how you're doing in your reclaim. You have the smarts and the will, even if the will has its feet up on the ottoman for now.
My bad news du jour is that we do indeed have burst pipes in the heating system at our rental house, so we can't run heat in there even though we now have fuel oil and electricity. My good news du jour is that I found out where the creep former tenants are holed up.
