99.4 lbs today. Wow, perfect timing! After going to the gym today, I'm going to a Downton Abby premier potluck (I know it aired days ago but we Tivo'd it and made a solemn vow not to watch until today) and I do plan to indulge a little. It wouldn't be the end of the world if I gained a little back.

That's why I am scared to start eating them again -- major trigger food for me in the bad old days. Some people handle them just fine postop, though.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
