Thank you, Bonnie, thank you! I should have clarified that I ate stupid yesterday and don't want to eat stupid again today or tomorrow or ... So far, so good today. You're absolutely right -- NO excuses!
Sleep is going to be interesting, as we are scheduled to have our deadbeat tenants locked out by the sheriff tomorrow at 9am **IF** the snow we're expected to get doesn't shut down the courts and thereby the lockouts. arrrrrgggggghhhhhh We've been trying to get them out for months, and my stress level is way up there. We're racing against time and frigid temps in hopes of pipes not bursting due to the electric being off there for over two months now. Avoiding coffee for the rest of the day, and hoping to exhaust myself to sleep tonight. Thanks for listening and for reminding me of the path!!
How stressful, Nancy! Hopefully you get this resolved soon and you can put this behind you. Hugs

I know your pain, hun. We were lucky - no courts involved. He left on his own...sort of. All we had to do is take time off work and make sure he was gone, gone.
The hardest part about elevated stress is not turning to food. Sometimes I still do.
Honestly, just do what you can to get through it and have a goal of maintaining (no gaining).
Hugs to you.
Yup, can't justify messing up my maintenance over stuff like this.
The governor has emergently closed state offices tomorrow, so I'm just waiting for that other shoe -- the courts -- to drop and be closed, which would delay the lockout until at least Monday. All we literally need is for the guy to show up and declare the property to be ours since the tenants aren't living there with no electric/hea****er (all dependent on the electricity they lost through nonpayment two frickin' months ago) and since my husband is going to change the locks himself. Can't get the electric turned back on without the lockout paperwork.
We have our first training session this Saturday. I don't know how many we will do. I'm just so happy and thankful to have a place where we can run away and spend a few hours just taking care of us. We had a few minutes to kill and I took my kids on the turf court. I haven't heard my daughter laugh and giggle that hard in months. It was sweet music.
