123.2 for me today. Going into 2014 still feeling uncertain about my future. Not enough maintenance tread under my feet to trust the long term process, but I am building on it each day. Maybe this is the total f....d up way to look at it. I tend to be glass half empty. I am thankful to be succeeding thus far because although I have wider swings in my highs and lows (weight) than I would like, I have maintained the strategy of going back to weight loss mode before or when I reach that definite red zone number. I have days when I am ravenous and I don't always deal well with that. I would like to be consistent in not deviating from my plan on those days. That is my goal and I now need to have concrete actions I will follow to achieve that goal. I am thinking on it. I am thankful for health and the joy of life. Happy New Year everyone.

165.4  I will frickin' take it.  Two years ago this seemed completely impossible and insane even to imagine.

My husband's new party trick is to pick me up off my feet and show everyone he can do it now.  When he's really feeling his oats he will sit me on his lap and then stand with me in his arms.

Another bag of clothes going to Goodwill this week.  mail

Happy new year, y'all.
