144.4 - This is the 1st year that I have been able to maintain and not gain weight during the holidays. So happy about that!!

Surgery date - 04/03/13; Goal date - 11/10/13 (I reached goal in 31 weeks & 4 days)

Highest weight 261 SW 258 GW 150 M1 -26 M2 -14 M3 -10 M4 -12 M5 -13 M6 -12 M7 -11 M8 -10 In maintenance since November 2013 HT- 5'6"

I'm on the chicken soup and protein shake cleanse. Time to get nasty with this last 6 lbs.

Hubby and I went on cruise for our anniversary and then spent Christmas in FL with family. I am happy to say that my weight is 122.6! I had the expected fluctuations while gone but managed very well. Kept my exercise up and my eating in check. Enjoyed a few treats and never felt deprived. Hope everyone had a blessed Christmas.

We definitely should!! Probably after the holidays since it is crazy right now. I live in the Camp Creek area but I do go to McDonough to work out Tuesdays & Thursdays in the evening and Saturday morning. We can try to find a convenient place to meet.

142.1# I'm in the red zone and knew I would be. Time to get back to reality. I'm ready...working out today with the PT and shopping. Nice to still have a week off:)
