Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Friday, December 27
183 today - bounce up from yesterday, which is no surprise - day off of working out, and day after a huge calorie burner (and dehydrator)... trend is still good, and back on the bike today.
146 miles to go to hit 5,000 for the year... will knock out 30-ish today. I kinda-wanna cross the finish line on New Years Eve for some reason :)
Have to meditate on the goal for next year.
Have a good Friday!

136 No gain over the holiday. I ate foods that I have not eaten in 19 months, but very little. 1 small meatball and 1/4 of a manicotti. If there was any doubt if I still had restriction ,it is gone. I don't eat red meat and have not had any white flour or cheese since surgery. Didn't taste as good as I remembered. I also had a few homemade butter cookies. Everyone got leftovers except me. Funny I couldn't wait to have my chicken and kale soup for lunch yesterday and salmon and string beans for dinner. This is the first time I have deviated off my food plan. I survived and did not continue to eat for days. I think because I planned before hand what I would eat. No shame or guilt connected to the meal.

164.7, on the down swing. Again. Hubby went shopping and stocked up on good stuff. I made a few bad choices today. Stress. I own it. Long story. I'll just be glad to wave goodbye to 2013 at this rate.
