144.8  A new low for me (well, if you don't count that nanno-second in 1966 when I was in the 6th or 7th grade).  I read a great comment on the VSG board talking about the "power" to be found with all this, and it chimed a true chord in me-  I feel so empowered this year- this moment- so capable.  SUPERMISS150!!!!  Now, if I could only find my latex-spandax multi-colored costume and cape, and get off this keyboard, I could get the bathroom cleaned ...the dishes washed...you know, all that super stuff we do all day....

I'm 144.8 too! Up a little, but I'm on my plan, so it's all good.

Off to brave the grocery store. Pray for me.

Oh and I'm blonde-ish now. Got my hair colored yesterday for the 2nd time in my life. I like it, but I'm going blonder next time.

102.4 lbs today.

It's my last day of work for the year - yippee!  It's been a challenging year and I'm glad to see it go :-)

Have a good one, all!

I've been hanging at 124. No working out but that's typical for Dec. for me.

I'm going to rejoin my gym so I can do Aqua aerobics through the cold months and see if I can work in some strength training. My goal is to start running in Jan. or Feb.

183 - down a bit more.

Got a 44 mile bike ride in this afternoon, nothing too strenuous - but I'm wanting to get my mileage up.   And very happy to do it OUTSIDE - back home it's -3F and they had snow again.  Feels like a tough winter in Minnesota.

I'm now at 4,740 miles for the year.   260 to go to hit 5,000, my goal for the year.  Should be no problem with 8 days to go.  I may celebrate christmas with a longer ride - 100km or longer.  Light traffic on the roads, I did my longest ride of the year last year (I was just getting started, and it was on that ride I decided to get serious buy a real road bike and get a coach...)

Merry Christmas-Eve-eve!

Thanks!  I feel pretty confident - the weather here in Tucson looks pretty good (last year it was cold and gray a fair number of days).   All I have to do is put the work in... and start thinking about what next year will look like!
