Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday, December 21
Saturday. Freezing rain in Wichita. Yuck.
183.4 today - so down another .6. Yes I'm traveling with my mini-scale. I don't usually, but since we're relocating for over two weeks AND I'm really trying to get back into my maintenance range over the holidays, I want it along...
Sat in the car for 10 hours, so a weight loss feels like a victory after that. In years past, on long drives, i would have TOTALLY entertained myself by eating non-stop. Yesterday I kept my calories right on target, so I'm very pleased. Today will be a bit longer drive- Wichita to Las Cruces, NM via Albuquerque, and there looks to be ice/snow/rain most of the day.... so that will occupy my attention fully!

142.8#. Have a safe trip, Tom. We will be in Ruidoso the day after Christmas. Today is Christmas dinner with my husband's family. And, then coming home to to a professional Christmas show at the theater here in town. My husband plays piano and I'm back stage. Opening night was a success. One more show on Sunday and then off to see my parents.
Its raining here. Praise be no ice. Ice is north of us. Hope we have no travel issues.

Tom, you woke up today about 2 hours west of me- some weather, huh! Drive carefully. Ice can be a burger. 147.6. Holding pretty steady. got to remember what brought me to where I am- and it WASNT all the holiday treats I'm going to be making for guests. Repeat- for guests.
