I'm at 116.6 this morning. Wasn't expecting to be that low - and don't need to be - but I suspect it's an outlier anyway. Maybe it just confirms that 116-120 is my range, with 118 as my 'ideal'.

119.4 for me. I would love to get to 116 since I am 5 ft 2 in. My dream. I am happy to be staying at 119 for the last 4 days.

Mims I'm 5'2" as well with what I believe to be medium frame. So many differing measures of frame size that I never know which one is 'best'. I've measured small and large on the ones I've used, so I say I'm medium ;-)

148.0 Feeling so much saner today- yesterday was a bear. Looking forward to the weekend and some rest. This first week back has kicked my proverbial butt!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

It's interesting how our capacity to cope changes from hour to hour or day to day. One of my most important learnings has been that no matter how distressed I feel at any given moment, it's a temporary state. That keeps me going sometimes.
