182 again.

VERY hungry this morning.  Woke up at 3am hungry, still hungry.  Big workout last night, so that's probably driving it.  Big leg workout tonight, so hopefully anything I eat will get gobbled up by hungry leg muscles.

102.4 lbs.  Still recovering from the mild excesses of the weekend.

148.4  Every school in the county is closed due to snow--Except MINE! GGGGrrrrrrrrrrrr.    Consolation prize- got to wear my warm, new winter boots!

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

118.4 today.  Tom, those hungry times still scare me, even though I usually know why they occur. For me it's over consumption of carbs, for you likely exercise related, but it still scares the hell out of me.

i always get the munchies after a hard workout.  Last day of snow days...it's been nice to be at home.

I've been hungry lately, too -  nothing like pre-surgery, but it's there a little bit. But, hell if I'm getting off the losing train **** that. I just keep on slamming down some water and telling my tummy to shut the eff up. 

I'm not starving myself by any means, I'm eating perfectly. Just ignoring the tummy when it whines.

I gave in some today.  But hitting the workout tonight, so I'll be OK for the day - just a bit high on salt.  I didn't eat much off plan, just larger quantities.  Cold weather plus limited sleep seems to be the cause.

You are training - totally different animal, imo. Your plan has to be different or you'll never be able to come here and ride in the mountains. :-)
