185 - up 3 from yesterday.
Well. The combination of salt plus a heavy resistance workout = massive water retention. I was super-hungry yesterday, all day, nothing seemed to stem that. Today, seems back to normal - hunger-wise. I'll double up on water and flush yesterday out of my system. Ug.

Working on increasing my water intake, too. Colder weather and liquids don't mix- the thirst just isn't there. 148.8- feeling a little blah today. Time to go on "cruise control"- that is, just not try to fix whatever seems out of sorts with food (never worked before- won't work today).
