118.4 today so I'm happy with that.  I'm beginning to think that 118 may be the number I 'formally'

want to maintain but it still seems a bit early to formalize.

182.0 on the dot again this AM.  Most stable I've been - seems like i have things in harmony right now.  I need to drop a 2 lbs to get into my comfort zone, which i'll work on slowly, no sense upsetting the apple cart.
