146.0 Going to spend part of the day lap-quilting and watching Kansas City Sporting soccer hopefully whoop up on Salt Lake for the whole shebang. Me a soccer person- not really- just tagging with hubby and boys. I'll be concentrating on my hot tea and stitch length. Have a delightful Saturday! Bonnie.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

145.0 - feeling salt bloat so this might change - up or down will be the question of the day. I'll find out tomorrow.

Groceries, kids karate class, karate testing, hair cuts, lunch with friends, sleepovers. Yeah, that's how I role.

Funny side note: I noticed that Keith has blocked me. This is funny because he offended the crap out of half the forum picking on Alison. Then he blocks everyone (or maybe it's just me) that told him where he could shove it.

It's always a good day when I realize someone has blocked me. :-)

it's just you and well deserved. That was one of the (maybe the) harshest posts I've ever seen on this forum. He'd have been twice the nut not to block you. Ha!
