102.4 lbs today. Going back to WL mode from maintenance is really REALLY challenging. I know that's stating the obvious but I just had to get it out there.

147.2 Pretty pretty snow (but, that's because I don't have to get out in it!). Picking out black walnuts and drinking orange spice tea--Could this feeling be ..contentment? U-bet.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
